Get ready for one of the most transformative experiences of your life with our Birth Preparation Workshop. Designed for expecting parents at any stage of pregnancy, this interactive session will give you the knowledge, techniques and confidence to experience birth with calm and clarity.

Led by experienced maternal health specialist Nurse Inês Fernandes, you will learn evidence-based breathing techniques, the best positions for labour and pain-management strategies. We will also explore the essential role of the partner and how to know the right moment to head to the hospital.

By the end of the workshop, you will feel more confident, informed and prepared — whatever path your birth ends up taking.
