These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Baby First site, operated in partnership with Bébe Vida – Ciências para a Vida, S.A. By accessing or using this site, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use the site.

Important notice — informational content

All content published on Baby First — articles, Academy videos, calculators, real stories and information shared by professionals — is informational and educational in nature only. It does not, under any circumstances, replace a consultation, diagnosis or medical follow-up. For any decision related to your health or your baby's health, always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You must not: submit false, offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas or other users' data; or use the site in a way that could compromise its security or availability.

User accounts — "My Account"

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Through "My Account" you can save favourite articles, register for events and track your progress in the Academy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User-submitted content

By submitting comments, real stories or other content through the site's forms, you confirm that you are the author of that content (or that you have permission to share it) and you grant Baby First a non-exclusive licence to review, publish and display it on the site. All submitted content is subject to prior moderation and may be rejected or removed at any time, without justification, in particular if it violates these terms or applicable law.

All text, images, videos, logos and other content on the site, unless otherwise stated, are the property of Baby First, Bébe Vida or their partners and are protected by copyright and industrial property rights. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of this content without prior written authorisation is not permitted.

The site may contain links to third-party or partner sites (for example, social media or appointment booking pages). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those external sites.

Limitation of liability

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the site, the courts of the Lisbon judicial district shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
